This townhouse has been refreshed each year by the owners since purchasing the unit in 2011 to include new paint, furnishings, finishes and décor as well as a restocked kitchen. In 2023, the master suite was updated with new furniture and a new walk-in tiled shower in the master bath. In addition, the old insulation was removed and replace with new spray-in foam insulation to aid with AC cooling at the unit. In 2022 all the kitchen and bathroom countertops were replaced with new quartz, fixtures and kitchen backsplash. All the floors in the unit are luxury vinyl plank flooring with area rugs. Each of the bedrooms has been refurbished within the past five years with new furniture and case goods. On the main floor you will find the kitchen, living area and 1/2 bath. In the living room area, there are two 84” couches that seat 6, a swivel tilt chair and a cozy rattan chair for seating in the living area. The open concept living area is comfortably furnished and decorated with coastal casual accessories and art. Additionally, the unit features a 55 in. HDTV flat screen with YouTube TV offering 100+ channels that also streams Netflix. Or, watch movies on the Blu-Ray/DVD player or go old school with a VCR player. On the 2nd floor, there is a queen bedroom suite featuring a private covered balcony with gulf views and a private bath with a tub/shower. The queen mattress and box springs were replaced in 2022. The 2nd floor also has a Twin room with a private bath as well as a cozy bay window nook with gulf views. The twin mattresses and box springs were replaced in 2023. The 3rd floor is a generously sized, redecorated Master Suite with a new (in 2023) king sized mattress and box springs, headboard, dresser and night stands. There is a walk-in closet, flat screen TV and private bath with a new walk-in tile shower and vanity with double sinks. Watch the waves crash on the beach or enjoy the pelicans flying by from your own private balcony off the Master with its sweeping views of the gulf. On the ground floor there are beach chairs and toys for use during your stay and the washer and dryer available for your convenience.
