Waterside Village is a gated community with pool, hot tub and tropical landscaping. We are located on a canal with a shared dock for day use with easy access to the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Other things to note
There is Parking for only two vehicles, one in the garage and one in the shared driveway. No boat trailer parking, trailers must be parked at the boat ramp and an easily obtainable trailer parking pass is required. The house has easy remote access.
