The exterior has an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water and storage closet that is equipped with beach chairs and toys. From underneath the unit there is access to the boardwalk that leads to the beach. There is parking for two vehicles or a car and small boat. On the first level you will find the living room, dining area, outside deck, kitchen, full bath and bedroom. The living room has tile flooring, a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, and a 55" smart flat screen television. From the living room you can access the outside open deck. The deck is spacious and has outdoor seating for six and a gas grill. The stairway that is off the deck gives you access to the boardwalk that leads directly to the beach. The dining area has seating for 6 with two stools for additional seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen comes well stocked with dishes, cookware, baking utensils, crockpot, blender and a coffee maker. The bedroom on this level has a queen bed, dresser, full size closet and mounted flat screen television. There is also a private balcony with seating that overlooks the dunes. The second level has the master bedroom, master bath and laundry room. You will also find a private deck with gulf views. The master bedroom is very spacious with a king bed, nightstands, dresser, 55" smart flat screen television and additional seating area. There is also a walk in closet, additional shelving for storage and double vanity. Located in an adjoining room next to the walk in closet are the shower, toilet and garden tub. The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. Truly the most amazing feature of the master bedroom is the private deck that has a stunning view of the gulf and is equipped with 2 bistro height Adirondack chairs and table. You will love enjoying the views and stunning sunsets of Cape San Blas! Here Comes the Sun provides towels and linens for your convenience as well as start up supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent and laundry detergent.
