There is a screened porch on the side of the house with nice lounging and dining furniture kept cool by ceiling fans; as well as a pergola grilling area in the back of the home privately tucked behind a fence where you can enjoy your own private hot tub while watching your game on the 60" TV. In front, you can enjoy the covered front porch. A very quiet, natural beach is a short walk from the home. While the beach is maybe not as large and well-known as others in our area, its best known for its still shoreline and low crowds. The roads are golf cart friendly in the neighborhood, so you can either bring or rent a golf cart making the trip to the beach and/or pool much simpler. Floor Plan: Ground Level – the kitchen opens to the living area with a bar seating 5, living room with TV and access to the screened side deck and front porch; full bath with walk-in shower accessed by both the living area and Bedroom 1, equipped with king bed and TV. 1st Level – Bedroom 2 with reading nook, king bed, TV, work space with desk and Full Bath with double vanities, large tub and shower combo and large walk-in closet; and an open loft with bunk beds and a TV.
