The design of the home was picked so that all bedrooms would have access to a covered deck and have Gulf views… even if you want to have breakfast in bed! With added child locks on the sliding doors, you don’t have to worry about your littles getting out onto the decks, though. The carport is oversized and can easily fit up to 4 vehicles under the home. As you enter the home you will be greeted by the elevator for convenience and a full sized bathroom. This makes things easy when coming in from the beach or pool! The 2nd floor features 3 bedrooms: a king suite, a queen bedroom, and a twin/full bunk room. The king suite on has its own attached full sized bath. The bunk & queen rooms share a full bath out in the hall. That bathroom also has the full sized Speed Queen washer & dryer. All bedrooms have deck access and Gulf views. The 3rd floor has views from every inch, even the half bath! The 3rd Floor has the Living Room, Half Bath, Kitchen, and Gulf facing dining room table that sits up to 8 or the eat-in bar which seats 4. The outdoor covered deck on this level has absolutely outstanding views of the Gulf and large captains chairs so that you can catch all of the action without leaving the house! We have personally witnessed countless dolphins, string rays, and even whales through the years! Not to mention the night life of endless stargazing, shooting stars, and shrimp boat watching. The 4th Floor is dedicated to the King Suite and has its own private deck with the best views of the entire house. You will want to keep this deck all to yourself and enjoy the quiet views with a cup of coffee in the mornings. The primary king suite on the forth floor has elvator access and a full bathroom with custom tiled walk-in shower. Avalon is located just south of Rish Park which allows for a half of a mile of undeveloped beach to the northeast. It is a great place to fish, take the 4 legged family members on a walk, let the kids ghost crab hunt in the evenings, or just wander off to and find your own quiet stretch of beach to enjoy during your stay with us. Beach access at Avalon is among one of our easiest. It has an attached boardwalk to the beach. The boardwalk only has stairs at the very end- usually about 6-12, but it does change from year to year as the beach changes. The boardwalk is only 175ft and only takes about 1 mile to walk to the white sugar sands of Cape San Blas. If you, like many others, are obsessed with St Joe Shrimp Co, Skully’s, or Webers Donuts, Avalon is going to be the perfect home for you! Avalon is almost exactly 1 mile from the Cape Tradin’ Post area. Since Cape San Blas features a miles Loggerhead Bike & Walk path, you will only be a 5-10 minute bike ride to grab your CSB Favorites like donuts or their classic fried croissants, low country boil, peel and eat shrimp, or everyone’s favorite smoked tuna dip!
