The second king bedroom has an attached Jack and Jill bathroom which is shared with the third bedroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and is also attached to the Jack and Jill bathroom. The Jack and Jill bathroom has a full sized tub/shower combo. Saltwater also has a bonus room tucked right behind the kitchen. The bonus room has a lofted single bunk and full sized futon with attached half bathroom. This well thought out home also has a full bathroom on the ground floor and an elevator for convenient access to both levels. Saltwater has a private seasonally heated pool with a large sun step great for those who love to lounge in the sun while in the pool. The carport is large enough to fit at least two cars fully covered and still have area for grilling, dining, or relaxing in the shade. The rocked driveway on the roadside of the home is large enough to make a full sized circle with a boat making it an excellent choice for our fishing boat captains. Upstairs you will find that Saltwater has a fully screened-in porch area with full sized dining table perfect for sunset dinners. Beach access from Saltwater is a quick and easy stroll down the 250ft boardwalk. The beach boardwalk is located just outside of the pool deck and only has a few stairs at the beginning and end making it one of our easiest beach accesses. Located in an ideal location, Saltwater is just 1 mile from the Cape Trading Post area and less than half a mile from the undeveloped Rish Park area. You will be just a short walk or bike ride away from Cape favorites such as Skully’s Lo Country Boil, Weber’s Donuts, St Joe Shrimp Company, and of could the Cape Trading Post for pizzas, groceries, and so much more. To the North you have a quiet beach area that is a natural habitat to our native snowy plover birds. This area is great for long strolls on the beach, wildlife watching, or throwing a line in the water to fish without too many people around. Rish Park also features a pool large enough for swimming laps and is open to the public for a daily fee. We are excited to have added this stunning single living level home to our family of beach homes during the 2024 season.
