Upon arrival, guests will find a private mother-in-law suite designed to provide comfort and independence while still keeping everyone close. The suite features a king bedroom, private bathroom, kitchenette, and its own spacious screened-in porch. The kitchenette provides a convenient space for preparing morning coffee, snacks, or simple meals, while the screened-in porch extends the living space outdoors. Furnished with an outdoor dining table and multiple chairs arranged in a comfortable sitting area, the porch is a wonderful place to enjoy a quiet breakfast, relax with a book, or spend time together in the shade. The ground-level suite is an ideal retreat for grandparents, couples, or anyone who appreciates a little additional privacy. Just outside the suite, an outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a day at the beach convenient and easy. The spacious parking area provides plenty of room for vehicles, boats, and all the gear that comes with a coastal getaway. The Main Home

Upstairs, the main home welcomes you with a spacious outdoor gathering area complete with a fire pit, four Adirondack chairs, and additional seating. It’s an inviting place to enjoy morning coffee, gather around the fire in the evening, or settle in with a cocktail while taking in the coastal air and beautiful sunsets. Inside, the main living level combines modern finishes with a comfortable, elevated feel. The living room is warm and inviting, furnished with two comfortable sofas, a chair, and oversized poufs that provide plenty of flexible seating. Whether gathering for conversation, relaxing after a day at the beach, or settling in for a movie night, there is room for everyone to get comfortable. The open-concept kitchen serves as the heart of the home, featuring new appliances, generous countertop space, and a breakfast bar with seating for two. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for the entire group, including a KitchenAid stand mixer and a Keurig coffee maker for convenient morning coffee. The well-appointed kitchen keeps the cook connected to the rest of the home, making meal preparation and gathering together easy and enjoyable. Just beyond the kitchen, the dining area continues the open flow of the main living space. The dining table comfortably seats six, creating a natural gathering point for family dinners, games, morning coffee, or leisurely meals together. For added convenience, the main level also includes a stacked washer and dryer, making it easy to keep beach towels, swimsuits, and vacation essentials fresh throughout your stay. The home also features Starlink high-speed internet, providing reliable connectivity for streaming, staying in touch, or working remotely during your stay. Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

All of the main-home bedrooms are located on the upper level. The king bedroom and queen bedroom each feature their own private bathrooms, while the bedroom with two twin beds has convenient access to the full hallway bathroom. The crows nest has a single day bed. The separate ground-level mother-in-law suite adds another king bed and private bathroom, making the home's layout particularly well suited for multiple generations, couples traveling together, or groups who value both shared gathering spaces and private retreats. The Crow’s Nest

A staircase leads to the crow’s nest, a charming bonus space tucked above the main living area. Designed as a flexible retreat, this cozy space features a couch with a single day bed, making it a fun spot for children to play or providing additional sleeping space when needed. A TV and console create another place to relax, while a bar-height table with two chairs offers a comfortable workspace for remote work, a spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, or the perfect perch for taking in the afternoon light and views. Blue Me Away is a non-smoking home and is pet-friendly for dogs only, with an additional $150 fee for up to two pets. For reservations made through third-party sites such as VRBO, the pet fee will be added to your reservation by our office. Your stay also includes a $250 beach gear credit, which can be used toward bikes, coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Best of all, your selected gear is delivered directly to the home and waiting for you upon arrival.
