On the 1st level of the home you will find 4 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen, and a kids room with a twin/twin and full/twin bunk bed), and a large sitting area w/a flat panel TV that is perfect for watching movies. There are 2 full bathrooms on this level, with shared access from the 4 bedrooms. From the sitting area, there is access to the utility room that has a washer/dryer, and also includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
