The living room, sitting room, wet bar and deck offer ample seating for everyone to find their spot to sit back, relax, enjoy the company, tv, or the views. SECOND FLOOR King Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are found on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. 2 of these bedrooms have Gulf views with a large, shared deck and the 3rd Bedroom has Bay views. Just outside these bedrooms you will also find a Wet Bar with a beverage cooler and Coffee maker as well as the Laundry Room featuring 2 double stack washers and dryers. FIRST FLOOR King Bedrooms 4 and 5 and the 8 bed Bunkroom Kids Retreat are found on the 1st floor. Again, each bedroom has its own private bathroom. These 2 large King bedrooms have Gulf views. The Bunkroom has its own living room with a 75” TV and bathroom. Each bunk is designed for privacy and has its own cubby, light, and charging outlets. GROUND FLOOR On the Ground floor inside you will find an additional full sized fridge and all your beach/pool towels. Outside you have ample parking for up to 6 vehicles. You can fit a vehicle and boat in the driveway if needed. There is an EV charging station, Private Pool, (which can be heated for additional charge), Outdoor Private Shower, Temperature controlled Bathroom, Wet bar/Fish Cleaning Station, Grill, Outdoor Living Space with couch and chairs, pool and beach storage room, and yard games. The Pool and Beach storage room comes packed with beach chairs for each guest, a beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach toys, and pool noodles. Beach/pool towels are also provided for each guest. It’s a quick and easy walk to the beach from the neighborhood boardwalk.
