The home has 130 feet of beach frontage and more than enough outside deck space, deck furniture, and outside dining to accommodate all while keeping an eye on those enjoying the beach. Some amenities include a 1GB fiber optic internet connection and commercial grade wireless access points throughout the house to insure ample coverage and great service. We have a cell phone booster, board games, an outside undercover shuffleboard court, two outside showers, beach chairs, a large charcoal grill, and covered parking for four vehicles and up to 3 additional cars in the driveway. Both sides have well-stocked kitchens, a dining area, a gulf front living room with a large smart TV, and a washer and dryer. The master bedrooms are gulf front and have king-size beds, smart TVs and private baths. Both sides have a queen bedroom with a detached bath and twin bedrooms with private bath. One of the twins has a set of bunk beds with a private bath. The 2nd level offers a King bedded suite with private bath, a smart TV, two day beds, and a large area for games or cards. It offers a fantastic view towards the gulf and bay for dramatic sunrises and sunsets. Imagine an endless view of beautiful blue water with sunsets that take your breath away, an abundance of wildlife with schools of dolphins swimming just yards away, and deer a plenty. A secluded massive playground full of soft white sand is ready to be explored by you and your family. Please note that cross access between the two sides of the house is available via the main living level outside deck & porch, the upstairs loft, or the ground floor entry doors.
