Outside of the neighborhood on the other side is direct access to the bike trail that extends the length of the peninsula as well other activities in walking distance such as pickleball courts, a kids’ playground, Salinas Park Bayside with screened-in picnic areas and a kayak launch into St. Joseph Bay. Also in walking distance is Scallop Republic, a craft beer and wine bar with live music that overlooks the bay. Plenty to do for everyone, it’s also an equal distance drive to the Famous Indian Pass Raw Bar, and the local shops and restaurants in Port St. Joe. This single family vacation home is outfitted perfectly for those on vacation. There is parking at the home underneath the house. Inside on the first level, the owners have decked it out with the cutest furnishings and finishings to make you feel at home on the beach. This is where you’ll find the kitchen, dining area, full bath with shower only and the gulf view living room with a very large flat screen TV. The spot where you may spend most of your time is the huge deck off of the living room. A portion of the deck is covered while the other half is open designed for the sunbathers in mind. The outdoor furniture is like most indoor with ceiling fans and a precious picnic table for the kids. On the second floor is where you’ll find the bedrooms. The first bedroom is for the kids with two twin beds, a TV/DVD player and a full bath with shower/tub combo. In the 2nd bedroom is a queen bed, TV and a full bath with a shower/tub combo that can also be accessed from the hallway. Lastly you have a gulf view bedroom with a queen bed and TV.
