The other two en suite bedrooms have one queen bed and two single built-in twin xl bunks each. The queen bedrooms both have attached private bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a tub/shower combo, and have individual private coffee decks that face the bay for stunning sunrises over the tree tops. The spacious, covered, and well-furnished Gulf facing deck faces west so that you’ll never miss a sunset. The open floor plan allows for great views while cooking, watching tv, or catching up with friends and family. Aqua Vista also has a work desk area great for those on a work-cation or edu-cation. The Kitchen has an oversized pantry allowing plenty of room for your vacation goodies. Being a single living level home, Aqua Vista only has one set of stairs allowing for ease of access for all ages. There is also an elevator for added convenience. Outdoor at Aqua Vista you will have your pick of different areas to hang out. The private pool has plenty of pool furniture including loungers and chairs, the covered carport is well -furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor beach dinners and lunches, as well allowing for plenty of space out of the sun during those dog days of summer, and the spacious deck on the living level is large enough to fit everyone while enjoying the dazzling Gulf Views. Beach access at Aqua Vista is just steps away from the private pool area. The boardwalk to the beach is located just to the left of the home and has a short stepping stone path leading you directly to it. The boardwalk currently only has stairs at the very beginning and end. The boardwalk is only 250 feet from the white sandy beaches of St Joseph Peninsula, better known as, “The North Cape.”

The owners of this home are special to us as they were some of our vacation guests who came back every year after they started staying with Teresa’s Beach Homes in 2012. After renting from us for over a decade their dream of owning their very own home has been realized.
