Welcome to Cape Haus, a reasonably priced home that has it all: gorgeous furnishings, lots of room, and a short walk to the beach, the perfect combination for a great family vacation. A very desirable feature is that it is a single level home; there is a short set of stairs to enter, and then everything inside is all on one level. The home has a very open floor plan with lots of living area, and with windows lining the wall in the living room, the interior is bright and naturally lit. The ground level offers lots of room under the house for covered, paved parking. Inside, you'll find a dining area with additional bar space, a kitchen, and a living room with a large flat screen TV and DVD player. Bedroom 1 is a semi-private room with a queen bed, and a den with a sleeper sofa offers extra space for guests. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, flat screen TV and DVD, and a full bath with a walk-in closet with built-in organizers and shower. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed and its own entrance to the screened porch, with a full bath with shower/tub combo nearby, plus a laundry room for your convenience. To top it all off, a large screened porch on the backside of the home overlooks the pool, and an open deck on the front offers views of the Gulf. Cape San Blas is a natural retreat enjoyed year-round, a peninsula separating the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph Bay, two of the most beautiful yet diverse bodies of water. Go scalloping, kayaking, or paddle boarding on the bay, hit the deep waters fishing in the Gulf, or simply relax on the sugar-white sand. Whether you're watching sunsets over the Gulf or biking the Cape, this is an ideal escape along Florida's Forgotten Coast. Area Attractions:

Adventure awaits at St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, one of Florida's most breathtaking natural treasures, offering miles of pristine, untouched white-sand beaches, scenic hiking trails, a boat ramp, and seasonal kayak and paddleboard rentals for a small daily entrance fee. Whether you're looking to explore, paddle, hike, or simply relax on a quiet stretch of shoreline, this park is truly a must-visit gem. With a bike path extending from one end of the peninsula to the other, exercise on vacation has just gotten more entertaining. It's tough to beat the views and sights you see along the Loggerhead Trail. Bring your pickleball paddles and join in a game at Salinas Park for those looking to work up a sweat. Here, you will also find a playground to entertain the young ones, screened-in picnic areas, a fire pit with chairs, as well as a kayak launch into the bay. On either end of Cape San Blas, you can listen to live music or taste some of the local brews at Scallop RePUBlic or Coneheads 8020.
