The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances, making it easy to prepare delicious beach snacks and homemade meals. On the second level, the primary bedroom offers a luxurious retreat with a king bed and a spacious ensuite bath. This level also houses a second bedroom with 2 twin beds, perfect for children or friends, and a third bedroom with a queen bed, ideal for another couple; these two bedrooms share a full bath. The ground-floor storage area is stocked with a plethora of toys that you're welcome to use, adding a unique touch to your vacation experience. This home comes with everything you need, including bed and bath linens, cookware, dinnerware, and glassware, plus an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish, and bath soap. Wi-Fi and cable TV keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay. Please note that you'll need to bring your own beach towels, as the home only provides bath towels. Parking is available for 2 vehicles, and boat parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. With a bike path extending from one end of the peninsula to the other, exercise on vacation has just gotten more entertaining. It's tough to beat the views and sights you see along the Loggerhead Trail. Bring your pickleball paddles and join in a game at Salinas Park for those looking to work up a sweat. Here, you will also find a playground to entertain the young ones, screened-in picnic areas, a fire pit with chairs, as well as a kayak launch into the bay.
