This is where you will find the second family room which includes a queen size sleeper couch, chairs, a full size fridge for extra drinks, and a SMART TV. Also on this level is a King Bedroom (The Flamingo) and full bathroom. The main level is a wonderful gathering spot for all. The hardwood floors lead you into a large family room, which includes custom interiors, fine furnishings, a large flat screen TV, and lots of windows to showcase the gorgeous ocean view. The family room flows nicely into the gourmet kitchen, where the finest chefs will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, high end appliances, newly installed water filtration system, and granite counter tops. There is also a stand alone ice maker in the kitchen. Enjoy the furnished main deck on this level, where you will be transported by the gentle ocean breeze and the sound of the ocean waves. Also on the main level is a laundry room, with a full size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. This level also has a Queen bedroom (Sail Away) and full size bathroom. A short private walkway leads you to the gleaming white sand beach where you can enjoy the many beach provisions provided to guests- beach chairs, sand toys, beach wagon and tandem kayak. After a fun filled day on the beach, relax and unwind in the outdoor shower (hot and cold water) and the private pool. The ground level outside area also has a huge porch swing.
