As you enter through the garage you have a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There is an elevator that can take you to each level. On the second floor, you have two bedrooms. The master has a queen bed, with a private balcony with gulf views. The second bedroom has a king bed. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and their own private full bathrooms.Â
The third floor is where your other two bedrooms are. The master has a king bed with a private balcony with gulf views and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV and their own private full bathrooms.Â
Fourth floor features the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The open floor layout is great for large families. The living room has a couch and loveseat with a big flat screen tv. There is also a twin size daybed for additional sleeping space. The deck off of the living room has spectacular views of the beach.Â
Our kitchen is stocked with everything we think you'll need during your vacation with us. Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more! This home is ideal for a large family or two or more small families to share. Boat parking is available in community. No pets. No smoking.Â

The Loggerhead Run Bike Path is an eight mile trail on Cape San Blas that runs the length of the Cape from St. Joseph Peninsula State Park to Salinas Park along Hwy 30E/Cape San Blas Road, and is great for walking, jogging or biking and is just on the main road up from the unit. Your reservation includes a $250 credit for beach gear! Choose from bikes, coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Best part, its delivered to the unit and is waiting for you upon your arrival. Â
This unit rents for a full week during the holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's) and the Spring and Summer. PLEASE NOTE: The carport underneath offers suitable parking for two vehicles. Seacliffs offers additional limited parking at the entrance of the community. Parking is prohibited on the road and you could be fined. Â
