Latitude Adjustment is just a short walk to the beach, pool and is across the street from St. Joseph's Bay and the walking/bike path. The open concept of the living, kitchen and dining area allow plenty of space for everyone to spread out. There is also an additional seating area with sleeper sofa just off the living room and access to the outside deck. The primary bedroom has an ensuite, private indoor seating area and access to the screened in porch. There is another spacious guest room with queen size bed, a bunk bedroom, washer and dryer area and hall bath with shower/tub combination. Under the house, there is plenty of parking, some covered, with ample room for a boat. Ther is also a seating area and grill. Latitude Adjustment is not only tucked in between the Gulf and the bay but is also located near Salinas Park. Salinas Park boasts, pickleball courts, a playground, boardwalk trails, sand volleyball court, fire pit, restrooms, shower and kayak launch. .
