The second floor boasts 3 beautiful bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king, the second bedroom has a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle that pulls out and a smart TV. The third bedroom is a king suite with a private bath with a beautiful tiled shower and a private deck overlooking the Gulf and pool. The third floor is a large open concept dining, kitchen and living room. The gourmet equipped kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, both Keurig and regular coffee maker and everything everyone one would need while on vacation



The large dining room table can sit 10 with additional outdoor seating for 6 on the spacious screened deck. Each bedroom room has a TV and the living room has a 50-inch smart TV, with Bluetooth surround sound throughout this level. The half bath is also located on this level. The fourth bedroom is located around the corner from the kitchen, this king master suite also has a beautiful tiled shower and is beautifully decorated. The home is equipped with a booster seat, pack and play, and a child's step stool. Outside you will find a great hot/cold shower, BBQ grill, pool chairs and picnic table to enjoy around the beautiful pool deck. Rip's Reef also has a large area for either parking a boat or RV! With just a short walk to the beach Rip's Reef has everything you need for a great vacation! Rip's Reef is a non smoking unit, and is pet friendly for an additional fee. (dogs only please) Bookings through a third party site (VRBO), will have this fee added onto your reservation at the office. Please note: This home rents for full weeks during peak season and Holiday weeks, Saturday to Saturday.
