After walking up the first set of stairs you'll find the living room, deck area facing the pond, dining area, kitchen and half bath. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware, coffee pot and all the appliances you could need. When you make your way to the second level of the townhouse you will find the master and guest bedrooms - both with en-suite bathrooms. The master has a king bed, television and view of the gulf while the guest room has a queen bed, television and view of one of the ponds. Please note you must bring your own beach chairs, towels, etc. They are not provided with this unit. Barrier Dunes is a gated community with two pools, tennis courts fishing ponds and children's playground.

50% of balance due is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. All reservations require sending in a copy of your government issued ID for age verification purposes.
