There are beach chairs, beach cart, and beach toys for the guest to enjoy during their stay. The ground level is completely paved and there is an enclosed outside shower with a private stairway to the large lakeside deck that enters into the living room. The floor plan is very spacious. The first level is completely tiled, there is a comfy window seat with an unobstructed view of dunes, palms, and pine trees. The living room has a new 56" TCL Roku TV, queen sleeper sofa, swivel chair, and loveseat. The dining area has a counter height dining table with six chairs. The well-stocked kitchen has everything needed to cook during your stay plus a large pantry for additional storage. The covered deck off the living room has chairs overlooking the larger lake in Barrier Dunes. There is also a half bath on this level. The second level, with all tile or wood floors, has two bedrooms separated by a long hallway. The roomy gulf-view master bedroom has a king bed, nightstands, two chest of drawers, and a new 43" TCL Roku TV. There is a private full bath and deck with stunning gulf views. The lakeside bedroom has a king bed, a new 32" TCL Roku TV, private full bath and an oversized deck overlooking the lake, a great place to enjoy the morning sun or read that favorite book! A Pack-n-Play is available, bring your own sheets. The full size washer and dryer are located on this floor and laundry detergent is provided for your convenience. All other linens including towels, extra pillows, and blankets are included. Your well behaved dog is welcome!

50% of balance due is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Pet Fee is $150.00 and is non refundable. All reservations require sending in a copy of your government issued ID for age verification purposes.
