There are two swimming pools (gulf front pool is next to clubhouse), ramps/walkovers leading down to the beach, 2 lighted tennis/pickleball courts, stocked fishing ponds, clubhouse, playground, streetlights and paved roads. SEALOFT's floor plan is spacious and very accommodating. SEALOFT has recently been upgraded with a new screened in, carpeted porch with electric heater, fans and patio lights off the living room level. Perfect for enjoying all year! SEALOFT is your perfect family getaway!!! There is an additional fee if you decide to bring your dog! Barrier Dunes is very accommodating for your favorite 4 legged friend! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs.


50% of balance due is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Pet Fee is $150.00 and is non refundable. All reservations require sending in a copy of your government issued ID for age verification purposes.
