Accommodates 10 guests: (2) queen beds, (2) twin/twin bunk beds, (1) sleeper sofa. Entering the bottom level, you'll walk into the foyer with a spacious laundry room and storage for all your beach gear. When you come up to the first level you are greeted with one of the two living rooms that has a sleeper sofa, chair for additional seating and a armoire with flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors give you access to a spacious deck with beautiful gulf views! On each side of this first living room you will find two bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom and access to the Gulf view deck. The first bedroom is the bunk room, with two twin/twin bunk beds w/access to the shared bathroom that opens up to the hall with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This level is perfect for the kids or part of the family to stay in, offering tons of privacy! When you come up the stairs to the main level you will find an open concept living area. The living room features a sectional couch and matching loveseat. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we think you will need during your stay: Pots/Pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, etc. The owners love to cook, and have stocked the house to make sure you have everything you need. 


If you like to grill- this is the ultimate grilling house for you! There is a MHP Gas grill and a Komoda smoker (Big Green Egg) located on the main level deck. Talk about a great set-up! There is also an outdoor sectional couch and table/chairs for additional seating. 


The dining room table has seating for six and additional seating can be found at the kitchen bar. The master bedroom is on this level and has a queen bed with sliding glass doors that give you access to the main level deck. There is also shared access to the bathroom with a tub/shower combo that opens up to the hall. Downstairs off the carport, you'll find your own private pool with two sun shades that provide protection from the sun while swimming or relaxing on the outdoor sectional. There are also two loungers and an outdoor cooler to keep your favorite drinks cold! If you're looking for some competitive fun, check out the custom Bocce Ball court located behind the house. The Gulf Club is just a short 5 minute walk down to the sugary sands of beautiful Cape San Blas! 


The Loggerhead Run Bike Path is an eight mile trail on Cape San Blas that runs the length of the Cape from St. Joseph Peninsula State Park to Salinas Park along Hwy 30E/Cape San Blas Road, and is great for walking, jogging or biking and is just across the street from the house. You are also within walking distance to The Cape Tradin' Post and Weber's Donuts! The Gulf Club is a non smoking unit and has a strict NO PET policy. Your reservation includes a $250 credit for beach gear! Choose from bikes, coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Best part, its delivered to the unit and is waiting for you upon your arrival.
