On the second level you'll find a large gourmet kitchen fully equipped with an additional beverage center including coffee maker and wine fridge.  The dining room table seats 8 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.  The kitchen is open to the living room which features a fireplace, 55" TV, IPTV feed for almost unlimited channels and a collection of games, puzzles and books.  The upper main deck off of the living room features Gulf-front seating for 6 and a propane grill. There is ample parking for 6 + cars and a boat.  The yard is 3/4 fenced, open only to the very quiet residential street in front, and features a firepit, pergola, outdoor shower and seating for for up to 10.  Guests can enjoy the use of a cornhole game and an outdoor connect four game.   There are various beach items available to use as well including chairs, an umbrella, beach towels (adults and kids), beach toys, a football, a soccer ball and a frisbee.
