The Franklin Cafe takes us back to 1907 when the Inn was first established. 1907 was the beginning of Apalachicola combining rail and sea to maximize its ability to move goods. The Franklin Cafe has been a part of commerce and the city since that time. They are still serving up great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for those that want to experience a bit of the "old Florida" with a meal and a cocktail. Put this on your list of places to try out while in town.
